The name Jobumé emerged from the fusion of the terms “Job + Résumé” and was initially established by Shrey as an educational business aiding young graduates who were finding it tough to secure jobs through non-traditional approaches, and to deliver those prepared individuals to developing companies searching for capable talent. When we discovered the unsustainable nature of this model, we transitioned to a traditional recruiting model focusing on obtaining talent from the passive job market.
